Woodland landscape - Old Growth Guitars

"Old Growth Forests" are ancient, undisturbed woodlands that have never been managed or harvested. The trees in these forests are known for their particularly primal, massive size.

At Old Growth Guitars, our vision is to craft instruments inspired by the timeless ideals of classic american guitars and mandolins from the late 19th and early 20th century, a timeframe known as the Golden Era.

Our instruments merge classic elegance and incredible tone with a modern feel. Each of our guitars is the result of a deep passion for craftsmanship and is built with the utmost care.

We hold great respect for the long tradition of instrument building, using proven techniques and carefully selected materials.

At the same time, we apply our modern expertise to perfect every detail. In doing so, we not only honor the origins of this craft but also push the art form forward. The result is an instrument that carries the authentic sound and aesthetics of the past while gaining a unique individuality from our own signature touch.

Each instrument is a masterpiece that matures as a complete work of art, allowing its unique tone to unfold over many years.

“An instrument by Old Growth Guitars isn't just built for the moment; it's designed to be a faithful companion for a lifelong musical journey.”
